I have been playing EVE Online for the last several months. Real life issues mean that I'm cancelling my account. I'm sure I'll be back and I just wanted to thank CCP and the players for the best online gaming experience I have ever had the privilege to experience. |

Its obligatory, Jenny Someone is required to do it, and I figured I would
I used to play Ultima Online (when it was cool ok?) and employed this, erm, tactic successfully many times.
But. No. :)
Btw. For when I return: If there are any corporations out there who are friendly to very busy adults (work, school, personal projects), reply here and I'll keep the thread bookmarked. Or get in touch with me.

Well. I'm back in EVE after a five-month long vacation on Caldari Prime enjoying beautiful Gallantean women and excellent nanocompiled martinis. I feel very refreshed but now it's time for business.
I know pretty much no one here. I caught up with one of my old Caille University buddies last night and that was great, but most everyone else I went to school with seems to have graduated, gone planetside or popscicled. So first thing's first. I'll be needing a bad ass forum signature. Will pay ISK. |

Quote: they always come back, even the ones that leave for other games, just depends how long it takes them to realize that the other games are crap in comparison
I left for the game of life, although last night I download the new Space Empires V demo. I felt very conflicted while playing it. "But...I just renewed my capsuleer license! But...this is a license to rule an empire!"
A difficult choice because I set aside limited amounts of time for virtual worlds. In the end, EVE won out. But that won't stop me from setting aside a few SEV weekend sessions. |
